We can provide IT support for Windows, MacOS and Linux
Our standard hours of business are Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
We charge a callout fee of $100 during business hours and $200 for after hours work
While we may be able to do emergency work this is entirely at our discretion, and we encorage you to book well in advance. It is unlikely that we can help with with less than 24 hours notice
Our standard hourly rate is $175, and our emergency/after hours rate id $350. We charge a minimum of 30 minutes for any work
We can provide remote support using rustdesk an open source alternative to TeamViewer
Please not we are not registered for GST and our prices do not include GST
